here is the latest from zac swain and myself with a new webisode. this was just a quick sunday set. as you will see in this episode i am STILL riding wake to wake and it is driving me bonkers. i hate riding wake to wake, it is so extremely uneventful. it doesnt get my blood rushing and my adrenaline flowing like riding big does. ive only been on the water for 4 months since i came back from my left knee reconstruction but im already starting to get the “go big again itch”.
it will come i just need to be smart about jumping big again, and make sure that this bad boy is fully healed. so hopefully you guys will see the progression from wake to wake, to wake to flats here shortly thru these webisodes.
yes it is true, i will be putting her up for sale shortly. she is out of the water and being cleaned up. she has been the love of my life for 2 solid years now, she has ALOT of history behind her and i will give it to you now.
she came into existence in the early winter months of 2006 as gerry nunns personal boat, which i was lucky enough to be able to ride behind for the majority of that year until gerry took her on the road for his clinics during the summer months of 2006. she then came back to orlando to gerrys house where she would stay until i bought her in february of 2007.
some of the videos that she has been in are: such is life, retrospect, transgressions, bent felix, the truth, up dog and she has numerous appearances in oakleys push process.
she has also been in multiple magazine ads like the liquid force trip ad a year or two ago as well as my wake to rail gap interview i had with wakeboarding magazine this past summer.
like i said before she is a boat for a serious wakeboarder, she can handle A LOT of weight, which she is built for. i have pushed her to her limits and she has always held up for me. she is a true work horse and deserves a good home. if she could talk she would tell you anything and everything a wakeboard fanatic would want to know. numerous different pros have shredded behind her and have fell in love with her. i will be sad not to see her behind my house, but it is time.

hey guys it is the end of the season for me and it is time to sell my beloved boat. if any of you or your friends are looking for a true wakeboarding work horse that throws up the biggest wake in the industry this boat is for you. it is my personal 23LSV malibu, it is fully loaded and has the biggest engine you can get, the 8.1 liter 430 horse power. they have actually done away with this engine and you can no longer get this in any of the new boats.  Â

expo this year was pretty awesome, a lot of new bad ass looking gear for next year. this year they had a really cool rail contest that red bull put on. it was a huge set up and it was actually really really fun. pat panakos is amazing at what he does. the red bull free fall team was there as well and they put on a pretty cool show for us.Â

7 years ago today america saw a modern day pearl harbor attack. i am an american and proud of it. i salute everyone and anyone who has stood up for this country and who have served it and continue to do so. im sure you boys and girls have not forgotten the reason why we are where we are………….. to rid this world of “tool bag” terrorists!!!!! i forgot to inform you guys that i got my first ever liquid force “welcome” mat. ha! stoked! now you guys can wipe your feet all over me.
now that the season is beginning to slow down i have a lot of time on my hands to do “house stuff”. i get really bored really easily so i find myself doing things to keep myself busy like building myself my very own “man room”, ive got some buddies that i have borrowed this idea from and i think its a great idea. it is in the very early stages as of right now, i still need to paint the room and get every board that has ever had my name on it and as of todays date that would be 5 different series. which is a total of 12 boards, including the 09s liquid force lymans that i will be getting my hands on very shortly. Â

my red bull invite to this coming weekends rail jam contest in downtown orlando during surf expo and my 3rd place rail trophy from 2006 wakestock and my 2002 masters plate (everyone gets one of those if they make it to masters). then some of the magazines and only a couple of the many videos that i have been in as well as my custom made pro model “LYMAN” crutches.

like i said this is only the beginning to my “man room” and i still have a lot to do to it. including hanging more boards, painting the room, getting a more “pimp” desk, adding all the videos that i have been in to the collection, and putting on a door that looks like a book shelf to the entrance of the room (how kick ass would that be?! like a secret door that leads to my “man room”!), and of course adding some pro model bindings to that collection as soon as liquid says “yes” to the idea.
i figured you guys might like to see this……………. plus im kinda proud of the healthy start i have on the room so far. is that bad?

surf expo is right around the corner and it is sort of our industries last blast before everyone goes into hibernation mode. however my friend and i have come up with an idea to keep the summer vibe in the air…….. hopefully all winter long. zak swain is a good friend of mine that i was introduced to thru mikey marsh. he just graduated from full sail university (one of the nations leading multi media colleges) with a film degree. we have an idea to make some small films and post them up here on my site for all you kids to get an inside look at my life thru the camera lens. if our idea ends up coming into full effect there will hopefully be a new video every week and you will get to see who i ride with, dilemmas i run into, and even how to put together a bed frame. all i need to do now is get zak to move to florida! yesterday was a pretty crappy day but i decided to go out and and ride in the wind and chop to see if we could get some shots. we did. most of my day up until that point consisted of playing call of duty 4 till zak got into town, then i put together a bed frame for the first time ever. then we went riding in the tropical stormy weather. here is the out come.
